Join a Citizen Wildlife Monitoring Project team of volunteers and project staff for a field day checking a pair of remote wildlife cameras in Washington State. Our teams aim to detect rare species like wolverine in the Central to North Cascades, gray wolves south of I-90, grizzly bear in the North Cascades, Canada lynx in NE Washington and all wildlife utilizing the eleven completed crossing structures on Interstate 90. When checking the cameras, you will get to see what species call the landscape home on a day-to-day basis. We frequently see bobcat, black bear, mountain lion, mule deer, elk, and coyote visiting our camera sites, and if you are lucky, one of our rare target species.
